I'm quite certain we have all become witnesses to the acts of vandalism that are... attacking our dearest town, not to mention the strange behavior of a certain few of our residents.

I, Lucifer DeVille, Chairman of the Town Council, am therefore summoning all residents to take part in a meeting tomorrow afternoon at my residence. I trust you will all have a few hours to spare in order to come to a collective decision as to what should be done about these matters.

My lovely wife shall be serving home-made appetizers and coffee.
